COMMISSION AGREEMENT

​

When commissioning the artist, you are expected to read through these terms and respectfully agree to them. Half of the payment is to be paid once the commission is explained and agreed on. The other half of the payment must be paid when the piece is complete, therefore the artist will give the finalised piece to the commissioner. As a client, you must agree to the following statements:

DO NOT CLAIM ANY ART WORK AS YOUR OWN

 

When commissioning the artist, do not claim it as your own. Please show credit to the artist if you choose to share it anywhere. The artist is able to display your commission on their website or use it in their portfolio work. If you don't want your commission shared publicly, please let the artist know.

THE ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION

​

If the artist receives a commission that contains content they are not comfortable with, they have the right to decline the commission. If the you are rude or difficult to work with, the artist will refuse working with you.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE PAST THE SKETCH PHASE

 

The artist will not refund the full price of a commission once the sketch of the piece is complete. The artist will remind you of this and show their work progress. Once you agree on the sketch and are happy with how it looks, the artist will continue and aim to complete the commission. If you decide that you want to change the commission past the sketch phase (such as choosing a new character or changing their pose), you will be charged. If you chose to be rude or insult the artist, they have the right to refuse to complete your commission.

PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL

Once the commission is planned and ready, the artist will give you their PayPal details. Payments must be transfused into Great British pounds (GBP£).

PRICES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON COMPLICATED DESIGNS

​

Note that if a character or a background scene contains detailed or complicated designs, such as unique patterns on an armoured chest piece or a building with visible detail, the prices may change due to it taking more time for the artist to work on.
